Haerts, a Brooklyn based soul/indie/pop band, will capture and crush your soul.  Wings was released about 7 months ago, and now they have a follow-up single, All The Days.  Both tracks are hook heavy, emotionally dense and yet euphoric.

If you’ve been following the rise of MS MR, then move on baby, because the competition just got squashed.  This is what you’ve been looking for, and while it shares some similar contemporaries (for example HAIM), Haerts is stealing hearts and inspiring summer gazing with just two singles.  It’s been said, but I’ll repeat it because it’s so damn true: this is the beginning of your summer soundtrack right here.  It’s the spectrum of warm night drives, windows down, you know… the feeling of infinity and all that hoopla (I attempt to not be cliché, but I’m the worst about indulging in that sentiment).   Hopefully we’ll get to hear a debut LP this fall/winter, but in the meantime, go forth, indulge, and feel the universe expanding around you (sorry, couldn’t help myself).
